i think i finally found a personal trainer i liked

which is really miraculous, consider how much i hate weight training, or over-exerting myself.

but somehow, with Sean, he manages to keep me going, and at the very end, i feel exhausted, wrung dry, but wanting another session.

i think it's because we can talk to each other, so even though i'm doing the 34th repetition of a bicep curl, we're talking about some other thing that keeps my mind from freaking out that my body is doing hard exercise.

Also, his disposition is perfect. He is friendly, but also no-nonsense. So I give in and suck it up, even though my muscles are shaking.

He's like: "That's right. Just three more. No, you can't stop..... Good job. Next, we'll do the hamstrings."

I was so tired that I didn't go swimming afterwards.

Oh, and he's also slightly cross-eyed I think. Reminds me of my cat, Caroso.

This morning, when I weighed myself, I saw a number that I haven't gotten since last September. So I'm at the lowest weight I've been in a year. I still have to lose about 10 lbs more. But it seems more attainable now :) I think after that, I may try to lose more weight just to see if it's possible to hit that ideal weight that my BMI says I should be. But that would make me tiny, like size 2 or 4 tiny.
