which is really miraculous, consider how much i hate weight training, or over-exerting myself.

but somehow, with Sean, he manages to keep me going, and at the very end, i feel exhausted, wrung dry, but wanting another session.

i think it's because we can talk to each other, so even though i'm doing the 34th repetition of a bicep curl, we're talking about some other thing that keeps my mind from freaking out that my body is doing hard exercise.

Also, his disposition is perfect. He is friendly, but also no-nonsense. So I give in and suck it up, even though my muscles are shaking.

He's like: "That's right. Just three more. No, you can't stop..... Good job. Next, we'll do the hamstrings."

I was so tired that I didn't go swimming afterwards.

Oh, and he's also slightly cross-eyed I think. Reminds me of my cat, Caroso.

This morning, when I weighed myself, I saw a number that I haven't gotten since last September. So I'm at the lowest weight I've been in a year. I still have to lose about 10 lbs more. But it seems more attainable now :) I think after that, I may try to lose more weight just to see if it's possible to hit that ideal weight that my BMI says I should be. But that would make me tiny, like size 2 or 4 tiny.

The weight training is my favorite part of the workout. :)

Most size 2/4 tiny folks look... yuck. Skeletal, anemic, anoxeric.... just unhealthy.

I'm not sure of this. I have known some women with very small bone structure; when they're at an "appropriate" body fat percentage, for all I know they are size 2. They look *small* and maybe fragile, but I'm a big guy so anyone who weighs 100 lbs will look small to me. :-)

OTOH, people like my wife have a larger bone structure, and are tall, and at less than size 12 look sick.

I think the defining factor between being "thin" and "looking sick" is muscle tone. People who don't eat get sort of stringy looking and bony. I'm definitely thin, but I don't look emaciated because I have muscles and I USE them.

Real women have CURVES.

That's why I didn't say all. :)
