well the last few days i've been pretty much returning to my first love: reading. i finally finished the 2nd book of Brandon Sanderson's Mistborn trilogy. Really hoping the third book will come out soon. I love how they all stand-alone, but also interconnect. This dude is so readable.. I find myself eschewing social company more often then not and just reading.

It is quite wonderful actually. I have always loved reading, and finding an author that makes you want to do nothing but read is quite a treat.

However, I've also went ahead and bought more books on amazon and half-price to try out other books.. and am looking forward to them.

also, i've noticed in the last few days that I've started to clench my jaw. or waking up with my jaw clenched. i'm pretty aware of my body though, so i've started massaging and stretching more, and making sure my jaw is doing okay. Don't want this to escalate to TMJ. So far, I've been pretty successful, I went to sleep with my mouth somewhat open and woke up fine. But then I had a series of intense dreams and woke up with them clenched. I think as long as I'm aware, it should be okay.

tonight i'm going over to peter's to hone my halo skills for the halo party this friday..

I think clenching while asleep is very common. I've even heard the statement made that everyone does it, though i don't know if that's true.

it's so common that dentists have like three different types of mouth-guards they can fit you for in order to keep your teeth from grinding.

I always notice myself clenching when I'm going through something stressful. It's interesting how this is always the case.
