The whole food thing

So I've been eating/drinking a lot lately. Time for a break for my body.
Been feeling more and more like detoxing, so I started today. Went to the gym, moderate lunch.
Eating fruits, yogurt, cereal. Fiber supplements.

I suppose there's several goals I can have for getting back in shape:
- My birthday is coming up
- Flipside
- Adult Ballet Dance camp in August

My musical theatre teacher was talking about how I was showing the love of dancing while I improvised some fosse smoozing moves. I just was laughing cos I felt like a dork.
