SCD legal: meat, vegetables, nuts, some cheese, homemade yogurt, fruits, honey
SCD illegal: grains, legumes, sugar, dairy

It's actually a diet that has been around for a long time, and used mostly by folks with IBS and other digestive issues. In my case, my heartburn and bloating are symptoms of a fucked up digestion. So far on my third day, I haven't seen much improvement. But I'm going to stick with it longer.

I miss cupcakes. But Andy promised to make me some coconut flour vanilla cupcakes on Sunday.
