Err.. oops.

We forgot to put our registry information in our invites, which of course just went out yesterday.
Major oops. I guess I'm just going to have send an email.. maybe closer to the date.

It just completely slipped my mind. Andy did a good job designing it though, and I totally forgot to tell him to add the link. Sigh.

We're doing the honeyfund registry, which we hope people will honor instead of giving us cooking utensils and linens we don't need.

Last wedding I went to they just wanted honeymoon contributions, which made a lot more sense to me!
Nothing as fancy as this honeyfund registry though, I'll have to remember it for me!

Have your attendants just e-mail the information out. Or make a wedding website and e-mail that out (which is less transparent, and you could do it yourself rather than your attendants).

This is the type of thing that I think was easier back in the day when etiquette rules were more widely spread and known. Disseminating registration information used to be the MOH's responsibility, and everyone knew to obtain it that way. But I'm sure word will get around, and everyone will figure out where to go.

You aren't supposed to put the registry info on your invites anyway, so no problem!

Please don't have people email that info separately. No matter how nicely it's done it still comes across badly. Maybe tell your attendants to tell others, and tell your family, and yes, put it on the website.
