Things you do to calm yourself

What are some of the things you do to calm yourself? I am easily anxious. I tried meditation but feel easily antsy while doing it. Dancing may be the closest thing I have to being relaxed. Generally, being with people helps, but I want to be able to be calm when I am alone too.

yoga, though it took a bit of practice before i actually found it relaxing. once you get sort of used to it, it has the calming effects of ritual, and is much like meditation except that the motion keeps you from getting antsy / distracted as easily.
