ripples in the water

I went rowing today, and it calmed me down and invigorated me. I've been feeling lethargic lately, and partly it's prob from the lack of exercise. But I've a half marathon on sunday that I haven't really trained for to walk. That should be fun.

There's the most women ever in Congress now. That makes me happy and hopeful, about 86 woman so far (70 in house, 16 in senate).

I had a big meal. It included a Taro popsicle. Yum.

Dude, you need to get out exercising more if you want to finish ADC.

Can you commit mentally (and physically) to walking at least 3 miles at least 4 times a week? That should be about 1 hour or less, and I think it would help a lot. Then you can turn some of the walk days into run days, and add on a day, etc.

Small steps, but start with a consistent base.

Cheers,
Matt

I did the Marathon with minimal training. But you're right. I should. I'm bad at motivating my lone self.

And I'm home with a cold.
