Yesterday we went to a head to tail restaurant called "black hoof" and had delicious bone marrow, pig tail pezole and the best chacuterie I have had so far. For lunch we had Thai and we also wondered around the Distallary area which is above.
A lot of the new Toronto restaurants are in tiny locations with kitchens almost as small as my house. Maybe 10 tables.
Today we were at east Chinatown and it's been mostly mellow.
