post exercise high

There's this comfortable sated feeling I have after hours and hours of dancing. My body feels tired, and there are tiny aches here and there, but I feel good. My body feels alive, humming with energy at rest. This is how I should be feeling all the time.

I'm glad I did the intensive even though the technique class was too easy and there were so many other non ballet classes: jazz, contemporary, pilates. I actually had fun in the jazz and contemporary class, not so much the pilates group mat class.

I'm looking forward to my personal boot camp week which starts this monday. The goal is to exercise 3 hours a day for 5 days.

Also, I feel better about my houseguest now that my toilet is working.
