So I went back to zumba and ballet at almost 7 weeks. And now it's about 12.5 weeks postpartum and I'm starting to feel stronger. It's not all healed tho. My inner pelvis muscles are still a little bit off. I hope it heals faster.
I'm mostly okay, except I'm spotting, and the scar still hurts once in a while. But it's a very mild pain.
Been really wanting to just exercise and move more, and I still have 30 open classes I have to use up in about 8 weeks.
