Originally it was supposed to be a bone broth fast but I really suck at restrictive diets. The plan is this:
Drink bone broth.
Eat one salad.
Mainly because I'm having major heartburn and bloating issue. I think that it's helping. I am down one inch in my belly since yesterday (I can bloat 1-2 inches in one day) and my belly doesn't seem as hard. I hear that bone broth or meat stock is helpful to the digestive system.
